Returns.
We are committed to creating and delivering the best outdoor gear on the market. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase when it arrives, get in contact. We only ask that you tell us "why". We want to know what we can do to make our gear the best it can be along with our relationship with our customers.
Returns can only be accepted for products unused and in their original packing. Unfortunately you will have to organize and pay the return shipping. Please reach us through our contact page to arrange a return.
Warranties.
We will be absolutely gutted if you have to use our warranty service, but if so, don't sweat, we've got you covered.
If within the first year of owning your product, a manufacturer fault is found, we will repair or replace it for free.
If anything is found after the first year, or you bust something, or something busts on you. We don't even care how it happens, don't be embarrassed if you dropped your pack in the bonfire, get in touch. Most things we can fix or replace for a small fee or free depending on the situation.
